在学中にAIESEC日本委員会（現NPO法人アイセックジャパン）委員長。
民族系石油会社で、法務部門、ロンドン支店長代行、本社財務課長などを務め、法務、経済予測や資金計画を担当。（東京・ロンドン）
1989年から、外資系製薬会社で広報室長・内部監査室長などを務め、危機管理広報、リスクマネジメントを担当。（大阪）
2004年から、同社の米国SOX法対応プロジェクトコーディネータとして内部統制の構築・評価を実施。（大阪）
現在は、"GRC研究所"代表・リスクマネジメント・コンサルタント。（兵庫）
